The Morgenrot apartment is on the first floor of two floors.

There is a dining area with a kitchen (kettle, microwave oven, cookware, hob, fridge, extractor hood) with a Nespresso machine including 5 coffee tabs as a welcome gift.

In the same room there is also a sofa to relax after a hike. (Possibility to convert a bunk bed for 2 people).

A double bed with a balcony to enjoy the sun in the morning and in the afternoon with a special view of the surrounding Lermoos mountains.
